Kevin and his wife Veronica have been married for 35 years. They have four children. Jordan, Logan, Mikayla, and Lilly. They also have four grandchildren, Elliot, Birdy, Lucy, and Zealand.
How GROWMOORE.ORG began.
For more than 30 years Kevin has had the honor of leading teams of people in and through the local church. For more than 20 years while serving as a youth pastor, Kevin had the unique experience of leading ministries in both small rural settings and churches as well as large communities and mega churches. The more he cast vision, made disciples, developed curriculum, and trained leaders in his own local church context, the more invitations he started getting to train other churches, coach leaders one on one, and speak at conferences.
As he traveled and served leaders in the church world, more and more business people would talk with him about how the principles he shared helped them improve their personal life and also took their business to a new level of success.
Growmoore.org was started out of a desire to continue to serve leaders in both the church and business world. Kevin loves helping leaders from both lanes live and lead better. Because of this, he founded Growmoore.org to become a platform for online tools that runs alongside the onsite training and coaching he does with teams.
The LEAD Online Platform found on this site, is a training program for both corporate business leaders as well as non-profit and church teams. The course has 40 videos that help team members lead themselves, their family, their teams, and organization more effectively.
The Youth Ministry University Course helps churches empower their youth leaders to cast vision, build teams, and impact their community. There are now more than 4,000 churches and leaders that have access to the 12 courses found on YMU.

Leadership Coach and Trainer.
Team Training and Coaching. Through live trainings, 1 on 1 coaching, weekly audios, and leadership retreats, Kevin works with both small and large business teams at every level. He empowers leaders from both corporate and non-profit world grow healthy teams, lead healthy families, live healthy lives.
Onboarding Systems Developer. Kevin works with business, non-profit, and church organizations, helping them assimilate their new team members by creating a start to finish onboarding process. He works hands on with the organizations leadership to create a system that helps employees confidently step onto the team, knowing who the organization is, what they value, and how they work together.
Regional director.
Along with pastoring his local church, Kevin serves as the regional director, of the North Central Region of the Missionary Church. Through conferences, cohorts, coaching, camps, and residency programs, Kevin and the incredible team of regional leaders strive to empower the 59 churches of the North Central Region to love like Jesus and live like missionaries. PASTORal Ministry.
Youth Ministry: Kevin served as a youth pastor at small, medium, and mega churches for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, he traveled the United States and overseas, training youth leaders and churches on how to be effective at raising leaders and making disciples.
Church Planter / Pastor: In 2013, Veronica, Kevin and his family, stepped out to plant TheChurch at Visalia. In just a few years that body of believers grew to more than 300 per week and raised up many pastors and leaders that are serving in ministry today.
In 2021 The Moore’s moved back to northern Indiana to plant Noble County Community Church. A church that is designed to make disciples that make disciples through online, onsite, organic groups, and community outreaches. In five years through it’s training programs, Noble County has raised up and released 5 licensed pastors to local church ministry as well as planted it’s first church in Albion Indiana. Speaking, Coaching, and Consulting: Helping Pastors lead a disciple making church, from a personal place of health and wholeness is a passion of Kevin’s. Through the years he has had the opportunity to serve 100’s of churches through speaking, coaching, consulting, and training.
Director of RV Community for Christ.
Kevin has the honor of being the director of RV Community for Christ. A faith based non-profit that shines the light of Jesus by helping people in the RV industry grow in their faith, lead their family, and influence their workplace. RVCC hosts mens events, women’s events, and big fall event that has over 600 in attendance yearly.
