Veronica and I have been married for 35 years. We have four children. Jordan is 33. Logan is 29. Mikayla is 25 and Lilly is 17. We have three grandchildren, Elliot, Birdy, and Lucy.
PASTOR AND MINISTRY COACH.
Youth Ministry: I served as a youth pastor at small, medium, and mega churches for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, I traveled the United States and overseas, training youth leaders and churches on how to be effective at raising leaders and making disciples.
Church Planter / Pastor: In 2013, Veronica, our family, and a friend stepped out to plant TheChurch at Visalia. That body of believers grew to more than 300 per week and raised up many pastors and leaders that are serving in ministry today.
In 2021 Veronica, Lilly, and myself moved to northern Indiana to plant Noble County Community Church. A church that is designed to make disciples that make disciples through online, onsite, organic groups, and community outreaches.
Speaking, Coaching, and Consulting: Helping Pastors lead a disciple making church, from a personal place of health and wholeness is a passion of mine. Through the years God has honored me with the opportunity of serve 100’s of churches through speaking, coaching, consulting, and training.
Leadership Coach and Trainer.
Forest River - Pause and Puma RV Divisions: I have the honor of being the Leadership Coach and Trainer for Forest River Puma and Pause Divisions. Through our live trainings, 1 on 1 coaching, weekly podcasts, and retreats, we empower excellent people to build excellent RV’s. Along with developing a lean 5S protocol, new employee and group leader onboarding training programs, we have a leadership culture that trickles down from the Operations Manager, Plant Managers, Senior Lead Team Members, Group Leaders, Office staff as well as the workers on the line.
Business Training and Coaching I love partnering with small and large businesses, helping team members lead themselves, their family, their team, and organization better than ever before! I work directly with each company developing a personalized training program that combines, bi-weekly live training, one on one coaching, weekly personalized podcast and more to help team members live and lead better.

For more than 30 years I’ve had the honor of leading in some way in and through the local church. Years ago, the more we cast vision, made disciples, developed curriculum, and trained leaders in our local context, the more invitations I started getting to train other churches, coach leaders one on one, and speak at conferences. As I traveled and served leaders in the church world, more and more business people would talk with me about how the principles we share help them improve their personal life and also take their business to a new level of success.
Growmoore.org was started out of a desire to continue to serve leaders in both the church and business world. I love coaching leaders one on one. Our LEAD Online Platform is training church and corporate teams around the country and currently more than 4,000 churches have access to Youth Ministry University to help empower their youth leaders to cast vision, build teams, and impact their community.
My hope is that the coaching, content, and consulting we provide will help you and your team begin to more effectively live and lead better.
