Veronica and I have been married for 33 years. We have four children. Jordan is 31. Logan is 27. Mikayla is 23 and Lilly is 15. We have two grandchildren, Elliot and Birdy.

Palomino Leadership Institute Director: I have the honor of being the Palomino Leadership Director of Forest River Puma and Pause Divisions. Through our weekly live training, 1 on 1 coaching, podcasts, and retreats, we empower excellent people to build extraordinary RV’s. We have developed a leadership culture that trickles down from the Operations Manager, Senior Lead Team Members, Group Leaders, Office staff and the workers on the line.
Corporate Training Partnerships: I love partnering with small and large businesses, helping team members lead themselves, their family, their team, and organization better than ever before! This personalized Bi-weekly live training, weekly Monday Motivation Audio Podcast, and one on one coaching sessions take your business culture to a whole new level.
LEAD Conferences: Throughout the year we host powerful one day conferences that equip teachers, administrators, coaches, business managers, owners, and entrepreneurs to lead themselves, their family, their team, and their organization like never before.
One on One Coaching Experiences: We offer 6, 12, and 18 month one on one coaching partnerships. As we journey together, my goal is to not only help you improve, but empower you to build a team that is aligned and ready to go to a new level.

Youth Ministry: I served as a youth pastor at small, medium, and mega churches for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, I traveled the United States and overseas, training youth leaders and churches on how to be effective at raising leaders and making disciples.
Church planting: In 2013, Veronica, our family, and a friend stepped out to plant TheChurch at Visalia. That body of believers grew to over 300 per week and raised up many pastors and leaders that are serving in ministry today.
In 2021 Veronica, Lilly, and myself moved to northern Indiana to plant Noble County Community Church. A church that is designed to reach people through online, organic, and onsite expressions of the gospel.
Ministry Coach: Helping Pastors lead a disciple making church, from a personal place of health and wholeness is a passion of mine. Through Growmoore as well as my role as Church Multiplication Director of the North Central District of the Missionary Church, I have the honor of coaching pastors and their teams to plant, re-plant, and revitalize their ministries.

For almost 30 years I’ve had the honor of leading in some way in and through the local church. Years ago, the more we cast vision, made disciples, developed curriculum, and trained leaders in our local context, the more invitations I started getting to train other churches, coach leaders one on one, and speak at conferences. As I traveled and served leaders in the church world, more and more business people would talk with me about how the principles we share help them improve their personal life and also take their business to a new level of success.
Growmoore.org was started out of a desire to continue to serve leaders in both the church and business world. I love coaching leaders one on one. Our LEAD Online Platform is training church and corporate teams around the country and currently more than 4,000 churches are accessing Youth Ministry University to empower their youth leaders to cast vision, build teams, and impact their community.
My hope is that the coaching, content, and conferences we provide will help you begin to more effectively lead yourself, your family, your team, and your organization.
